My private sessions are designed to make the most of your time and are tailored to your personal goals. I offer a free 30 minute fitness assessment prior to your first session where we will discuss your goals, your health and exercise history, and go through a series of movement screens. This allows me to assess your cardiovascular fitness, your balance, and establish a starting point for your program. From there I motivate, support and guide you through each workout, allowing you to stay focused on your goals and achieve results. Training is offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions.

SEMI-PRIVATE

Do you want to get fit with a spouse, family member, friends, or connect with coworkers? My semi-private sessions are a great alternative to the traditional date night or a fun way to connect with friends and colleagues. Semi-private sessions offer a personalized coaching experience with a group atmosphere at an affordable price. Offered in 60 and 90 minute sessions for up to 4 persons.
