I offer bridal packages, run coaching and triathlon coaching for everyone from seasoned athletes to beginners. Each program is designed based on your abilities, time available for training and event location.
BRIDAL – My bridal plans combine exercise and nutrition to help you feel your best from your bridal shower or bachelorette party to your last dance on the big day. I offer discounted group options for the bridal party or one-on-one attention for the bride and groom. If you’d like to tone your arms for that strapless dress, slim down, feel confident on your honeymoon or just want to relieve some stress my bridal program is for you. Plans range from just 4 weeks to 6 months or more.
RUN & TRIATHLON – I take my extensive running and triathlon experience combined with the latest research and methods to design a unique training program for your next race. From first time 5k’s, marathons, sprint triathlons or an Ironman, I have plans from 4 weeks to 24 weeks. Training is delivered to your email daily or via Google Sheets. Take the guesswork out of your training and arrive to the start line of your next race healthy and prepared.
