1:1 Training: Personal training in your home or at the location of your choosing. I bring all of the equipment needed for each session, take you through a personalized workout and answer any questions you may have. I travel within 15 miles of Walnut Creek, CA.
Virtual Training: You’ll receive a link to download my app, where I’ll deliver a personalized training plan of 1-6 months for you. App includes messaging, built in timers, logs and demonstration videos. I’ll check in with you weekly, and update your plan based on your progress. Perfect for someone on the go, or outside of my service area.
Training Plans: I have plans for every distance and ability. Whether you’ve registered for your first 5k or are ready to tackle a triathlon, I have a plan for you. Bundle with my virtual training or personal training for best results.
E-books: Looking for a no frills do it yourself plan? My four week F.I.T. challenge is perfect for those just getting started with exercise. I’ve included a bunch of recipes, with healthier twists on old favorites and some quick workouts for results you’ll see and feel.
