I offer affordable in-home personal training, virtual training, sports nutrition consults and training plans for 5Ks to full 140.6 Ironman races. I bring the equipment and knowledge to your home, office or public space of your choosing allowing you to avoid the hassle of driving to the gym or storing a bunch of home gym equipment. My virtual training plans help add value to your current gym membership by giving you a structured training plan delivered to your email each day. I tailor each plan to fit you, whether your a busy mom, elite business traveler, experienced athlete or have never picked up a weight before.
My process starts with an in-home consultation to assess your goals, establish a starting point and learn more about your lifestyle. I then design a personal fitness program that works for you. I’ll walk you through some common exercises to test your form and balance and have your personalized program set up within a few days.
My goal is not sell you training sessions, supplements or products. I want to empower you to live your best life through daily exercise and healthy, balanced eating. I provide the tools and training to set you up for a lifetime of healthy living.
