1:1 Training: Do you lack the motivation to go the gym? Are you tired of time wasted driving to and from the gym only to wait for equipment. I bring personal training to you in the comfort of your home, work or apartment. As your personal fitness concierge I provide all of the equipment needed for each session, take you through a personalized workout, provide a state of the art app with structured workouts between sessions, and provide ongoing health and nutrition coaching. Change takes time, and programs are 3, 6, 9 or 12 months in duration.
Virtual Training: Virtual training programs are designed for busy professionals, frequent travelers and the self motivated individual. Think of it as a personal trainer in your pocket, any time of the day, anywhere in the world. Through my start of the art fitness app, I’ll deliver a personalized training plan of 3-12 months for you. Each custom plan is catered to your goals, the equipment you have available and progresses with you.
Training Plans: Whether you’re a runner or triathlete, beginner or experienced, my training plans are designed to get you to the start line happy and healthy. I offer plans for distances from 5k to Ironman triathlon and everything in between. Plans are 2-12 months in duration and can be bundled with my virtual training or personal training.
