Workout Wednesday

Hello! Today’s workout is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout that requires NO equipment and can be done anytime, anywhere! These are my favorite types of workouts as you aren’t limited by lack of equipment. I do my best to give you workouts that can be done anytime and anywhere with little or no equipment. If you have a set of dumbbells on hand, you can definitely add them to the squats, lunges or even burpees but they are not required. A mat or towel is helpful, and a timing app like GymBoss is great! 

You’ll add 1 new exercise each round, completing it in addition to the previous exercises. For extra burn you can repeat the rounds in reverse order, removing one exercise each round.

Round 1: Jumping Jacks 30 seconds, Rest 15 Seconds

Round 2: Jumping Jacks 30 seconds, Mountain Climbers 30 seconds, Rest 15 seconds

Round 3: Jumping Jacks 30 seconds, Mountain Climbers 30 seconds, Squats 30 seconds, Rest 30 seconds

Round 4: Jumping Jacks 30 seconds, Mountain Climbers 30 seconds, Squats 30 seconds, Pushups 30 seconds, Rest 30 seconds

Round 5: Jumping Jacks 30 seconds, Mountain Climbers 30 seconds, Squats 30 seconds, Pushups 30 seconds, Jump Squats 30 seconds, Rest 60 seconds

Round 6:Jumping Jacks 30 seconds, Mountain Climbers 30 seconds, Squats 30 seconds, Pushups 30 seconds, Jump Squats 30 seconds, Sit Ups 30 seconds, Rest 60 seconds

Round 7: Jumping Jacks 30 seconds, Mountain Climbers 30 seconds, Squats 30 seconds, Pushups 30 seconds, Jump Squats 30 seconds, Sit Ups 30 seconds, Reverse Lunge 30 seconds, Rest 60 seconds

Round 8: Jumping Jacks 30 seconds, Mountain Climbers 30 seconds, Squats 30 seconds, Pushups 30 seconds, Jump Squats 30 seconds, Sit Ups 30 seconds, Reverse Lunge 30 seconds, Burpees 30 seconds, Rest 60 seconds
