Workout Wednesday

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a workout for you, so here you go! This takes about 30 minutes, and can be done virtually anywhere. You’ll need a set of dumbbells (or water bottles, soup cans, wine bottles) for this, a resistance band is helpful but not necessary. Total Body Burner

Do each move for 45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds.  This should take 15-20 minutes. I recommend watching the videos prior to starting if you are unfamiliar with the exercises and downloading an interval time for your phone (I like and use GymBoss). For a longer workout you may repeat up to 2 more times.

Butt Kicks

Jumping jacks 

Mountain climbers

Sumo squats

Bicep curls (water bottles, soup cans, wine bottles work well in place of dumbbells)

Overhead tricep extension (You can do this sitting or standing.) 

Lying side leg abductions Right Side & Left Side (add a resistance band a few inches above your ankles for an extra burn)

Crab kicks (you can also do this in slowly) 

Surrender Lunge

Bicycle crunch 

Glute bridge (a resistance band above the knees adds an additional challenge)

Clamshells

Sit up

Superman to pike crunch
