No Excuse November Challenge

Hello, I hope you all had a Happy Halloween! I dressed up as Rosie the Riveter, enjoyed a few too many pieces of Halloween candy, cooked another delicious recipe from Smitten Kitchen‘s new cookbook and handed out candy with my husband and pup Oscar.

November is here and that means there are just 2 months left in 2017, how are you going to make the most of it? Join me in my #noexcusenovember challenge by pledging to exercise for 30 minutes every day. Yes this includes Thanksgiving! I did my first Turkey Trot last year and loved, get the whole family involved and organize a 5k run in the morning while the turkey cooks.

    Hi Briana –

    I like your No Excuses November Challenge. That is a great idea and 30 minutes is manageable. Count me in! Also great Halloween costume and bat dog.
