Hello, I’m Briana! My goal is to empower you to live your best healthy life with easy recipes, tips on wellness, and fun training programs.

My passion for health and fitness started with running my first 5k seven years ago. Since then I have completed several 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, and a full marathon. I have also completed several sprint, olympic, half and full Ironman distance triathlons.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Arizona State University, where I had the opportunity to learn from leading experts on nutrition, exercise science and holistic wellness with an emphasis on building health throughout the life cycle. I am an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist. My love for triathlons also led me to become one of the first graduates of IRONMAN University’s triathlon coaching certification program.
